Steampunked Musicbox 'The Skull of Saint Adolphus'

A shrine containing the holy relic: The Skull of Saint Adolphus.  Known for providing food and drink to the poor, he was ironically killed by drinking poisoned wine.
Ingredients:  music box, satellite dish 'horn' (main body), cork screw handles, pressure gauge, plastic wings, sewing machine feet, old picture frame, window crank, perfume bottle, small chalice, assorted gears and small pieces, scrap wood, paint.
